Notice regarding Live Verification of Beneficiaries
Details

Live verification of the beneficiaries under the jurisdiction of City Social Services Office, Chandpur implemented by the Directorate of Social Services will be held from 16/10/24  to 27/10/2024  at the place mentioned in the notice. Candidates are requested to appear in person/nominee along with necessary documents on the scheduled date.


If a beneficiary is dead or widowed or destitute, he/she is requested to bring an affidavit as proof on his/her behalf.


Necessary documents:

01. Photocopy of Voter ID/Birth Certificate

02. Photocopy of Suvarna Card

03. Mobile phone with mobile number with cash account
